Asha Susan Mani is a highly experienced autism specialist and one of the early Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BACB, USA) practicing in the UAE. With more than two decades of clinical expertise, she specializes in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, PDD, developmental delays, learning difficulties, speech challenges, and behavioral concerns. Her approach focuses on individualized intervention plans and strong family involvement in therapy.
She began working in the field of child development and special needs support in 2004. She later completed advanced training in Behavior Analysis from Florida Tech University and achieved certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), USA.
In 2007, she joined the ABA Center for Special Needs in Ras Al Khaimah as an ABA Program Manager and Consultant, where she conducted behavioral assessments, designed intervention strategies, and trained therapists and school staff in Applied Behavior Analysis practices.
In 2015, Asha became part of the Austin Center for Rehabilitation, where she led ABA and rehabilitation programs across Dubai, Sharjah, and other emirates. Over her career, she has delivered therapy, assessments, and parent coaching to more than 7,000 children aged 14 months to 12 years, with over 2,000 children successfully transitioning into mainstream education.
